Ingredients
- 2 cup rolled oats
- 2 cup milk
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions
- Chop the apples and bananas into bite size pieces
- Add rolled oats, milk and yogurt to jars and fill 3/4 full. Top with slices of bananas and apples. Season with cinnamon and drizzle with maple syrup. Store in the fridge overnight!
