Ingredients

  • 2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  • Chop the apples and bananas into bite size pieces
  • Add rolled oats, milk and yogurt to jars and fill 3/4 full. Top with slices of bananas and apples. Season with cinnamon and drizzle with maple syrup. Store in the fridge overnight!
