Ingredients
- 1/2 head broccoli
- 16 ounces penne pasta
- 8 ounces feta cheese
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 5 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons steak seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400F
- Chop the broccoli: Chop the broccoli into small bite size florets
- Bake the broccoli: Place the broccoli florets on a greased baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and steak seasoning. Bake the broccoli for 20-25 minutes.
- Cook the pasta: Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the penne pasta as per instructions on the box.
- Mix the ingredients: Drain pasta leaving a small amount of water. Add the butter, broccoli and feta cheese to the pot. Zest the lemon into the pot. Then squeeze the lemon juice into the pot. Stir everything together.
